Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee that the order has been shipped or processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or if the product is unavailable.

·      Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days for assistance.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in our luxury press-on nails and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products and all sales are final.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a clear photo of the item, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

  • Application: Our luxury press-on nails are designed for at-home application. We recommend following the application instructions included with your purchase to ensure proper use. We are not liable for any misuse or damages resulting from improper application.
  • Safety: While press-on nails are generally safe, some individuals may experience allergic reactions to the adhesives or materials. Always perform a patch test before applying the nails. If irritation occurs, remove immediately and consult with a healthcare professional.
  • Removal: Follow our instructions for safe removal. We are not responsible for any damage caused to your natural nails during the removal process.
